Cancellation Policy

We understand plans change, especially if the weather or illness impacts your travel plans to the region. If you find you need to cancel your reservation, please contact us right away. 

Our most popular option is to receive credit to use toward a future reservation. This credit will not expire and can be used during our peak season (May-September).

• 6-10 days: 50% refund

• 11-20 days: 95% refund
