We are in the First Bank Building at 500 S Stephenson Avenue, Suite 200, in Downtown Iron Mountain.

The entrance is on Stephenson Ave (front of the building) toward the south end of the building.

We do not allow pets, but service animals are welcome.

Yes, high-speed internet comes via Wi-Fi comes standard. The majority of our workstations and all our private offices have hard-wired ethernet connectivity. 

All utilities are included with your reservation.

Month-to-month private office agreements secure a dedicated space for your use only.

Private office memberships are shared office so someone else may be using it when you are not here.

All coworking workstations and private offices are first come, first served. People are generally creatures of habit and do not move around much. You are more than likely going to have the same office space each time. 

Yes, printing and copying is available. We encourage working with Print Blvd for large print jobs. 

Our coworking office space has four private offices, three hot spot coworking cubicles, a semi-private meeting space in our common area and a small conference room that can accommodate six people comfortably or up to 10 people.
